GENERAL INFORMATION

Purchases can be shipped from our Florida warehouse by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight Delivery. Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. In the event there is a delay in your order, we will notify you via email. Note: Some items are sent directly from our suppliers directly to you reducing the opportunity for damage. Orders with multiple items and vendors may not arrive in the same shipment.

TYPICAL SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

Shipping times are subject to vary from vendor to vendor, however in general, below are what you can expect with the various shipping options. Once a tracking number is released, please allow 24 hours for this number to be active with the carrier.

FedEx/UPS - Expect to receive 3-7 days AFTER they leave the warehouse.

White Glove Delivery - Expect to receive 3-18 days AFTER they leave the warehouse.

Freight Delivery - Expect to receive 3-18 days AFTER they leave the warehouse.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Clayton Gray Home is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases for standard delivery, which is curbside or doorstep.  Should you require faster shipping, please contact 
sales@claytongrayhome.com for expedited shipping quotes.  We are able to ship purchases to addresses in the United States only.

Additional fees may apply for remote or difficult deliveries. Any additional fees incurred by the delivery service including, but not limited to ferry fees, permits and certificates of insurance will be charged to the customer. Some Furniture, lighting and delicate items may need to be securely crated and packaged. Most shipments will be delivered to your curb. Should you need in home delivery, please contact customer service for specific freight rates related to your order.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
Clayton Gray Home is pleased to offer WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE beginning at $250. To request a quote, please contact us with your address and an item of interest. 

White Glove Delivery Service includes a call from the delivery company to schedule a window of delivery. The delivery company will bring the piece into your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and take away all debris from the shipment. To confirm if the item you are purchasing is eligible for White Glove Delivery Service, please contact us before placing your order.

WHITE GLOVE AND ALL FREIGHT DELIVERIES:

Once you receive a call from the White Glove or Freight Delivery Company to schedule delivery to your address, you have 5 days to respond and make arrangements. If you are not able to schedule this within 5 days, please contact us to arrange storage for your order. Storage Rates will be communicated and can be utilized for up to 30 days. If delivery is not able to be made after 30 days, the order will be disposed of at our discretion.  

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

Upon delivery, all boxes must be opened immediately and inspected for damage. Please confirm correct merchandise and all pieces are included.  Merchandise is packed properly from our vendors and is believed to be in good condition when it leaves their warehouse.
